Web app to help tenants find a home has been updated.
Following a successful launch of the mobile app for home swap website House Exchange last year Circle Housing worked with 101 to enhance tenant experience.
The mobile app, allows tenants to access their account and search for home swaps across the UK.
"A substantial number of people now access the internet using their mobile and this mobile app gives our customers a handy tool which they can access at any time from anywhere. 101 listened to our requirements and provided guidance on the functionality of the app. We have had a good deal of positive feedback from tenants already and hope to see this continue!"
